I have a 2006 Mercedes benz that had mechanical problem I took it to Mr. Transmission. They told me it was a transmission problem they made sounded like they knew what they were doing. I paid them almost $5,000 for them to replace transmission. I trusted them I was in good hands n that the problem was fixed. After about 10 months the same problem came back n this time, I took it to Mercedes dealership to diagnose d problem. Long story short, Mr.transmission lied to me and all the parts they claim was replaced by new were still the original. I ended up spending another $6,000 to have Mercedes dealership fix the issue. Everyone at Mr. Transmission works as a team liars and scammers. Just like the previous rip off report, they are the con-artist. It is now under the new owner/management by the name Tim. However they still practice bad ethics. When a lot of money is involved in fixing a car, please take it to your dealership and repair it. Too many rip offs who only takes advantage of you whenever they can...I am suing them to seek justices.

I just had to let people know that the owner of the business who used to be Alan polson now changed his name and goes by the new name Tim. he is the infamous local con artist who rips off people's hard earned money. He also owns several other mr. transmission mechanic businesses. Be very aware!!
