Renting my cottage on Craigs List in broward county under vacation rentals, Reserved my cottage and said I need it today.
So gave him address and he walk up to front door, no baggage except his LV man purse. He wil talk and talk , talk talk , very charming and get you to let him in.....now try to collect money.. NEVER WILL HAPPEN!
