I ordered a $25 gift card for my father. I was sent via email to his email address. He never received it. I called the customer service which reached an offshore call center. They suggested checking spam inbox. It was not there either. They resent it to my email and I fwd it to my father's email. When he received it he followed the instructions by clicking the link to access card value, and use for a theater near him. Neither United Artists or Century Theaters would accept it even though the website identified these theaters as participants. The link and card did not work out so I called their customer service again for a refund. They said that it would need management approval first for a decision because the policy is "no refunds." No one got back to me so I just got the refund through my credit card company. I ended up using Fandango for the movie gift card. It worked fine.
