Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't go here. They are rude liars who want to take your money and run and they can never provide you with an answer everything is "ask the owner, ask the owner." One day the owner a so called "Danilo" tells my father-in-law the car payment will be one thing and the next when they go in to sign the documents they see that the payments are now higher, when you ask them why they have no other answer than "its the bank's decision, just sign." You try to talk to them and they just continue to ignore all of your questions, when I attempted to speak with one of the so called associates, Ozzy, in the dealership regarding this issue he gave me the same idiotic excuse and then got upset with me when I asked for him not to call me "mi amor (my love)" and left me speaking to myself and walked back into the dealership, leaving my husband standing outside with phone in hand. My father-in-law has bought many vehicles from this dealership over the years and has never had this issue, he usually raves about the great customer service he receives from Danilo and his associates. Honestly save yourself the headache and don't bother doing business with these people. You're much better off going to a worldclass dealership paying a little more and getting the customer service that everyone deserves. Its such a shame that not even the dealership owner cares for his business, not even enough to show his face and help answer the questions a customer has. Especially considering that my father-in-law has recommended the dealership to many friends and family members. You would think they would want to make sure he keeps bringing business to their establishment, instead they treated him and my husband so unprofessionally they made it so that he never wants to go back again.
Was involved in an accident with one of the company's drivers. He backed his truck and trailer into my car that was parkd.
The driver proceeded to get out of his vehical and sceam yell curse right in my face. I am just a girl and had my child in the car scarred he was going to attack me. I did not get his name and when the police came he ran. I had the name of the company and licence plate number to give to my insurence company and they dicovered that the truck in question has no insurence so know i have to pay for the dammeges out of my own pocket. This guy was a class one douchebag and this company who i have contacted basicaly told me to go f&$k myself.
Do not buy, use sell or deal with this company in anyway. You will get riped off!!
