He will promise you a 60-100,000 year commision but at the rate he works you might make that in 60years. He has no structure. and makes un phantom employees that are getting candidates hired. We know they dont exist. He plays the role of a business man and a great recruiter but his training plan is for 5 year olds. He is very difficult to deal with and gets angry and offended very easy.
After several weeks on the job you will notice that the recruiting site he uses always says that his bill is past due. He has no tracking system for jobs you sent him and every once in awhile you will get a email from him that says he sent the candidate to the hiring company which is not true because i verified and called the companies. Also he steals all your candidates and keeps the money for himself. Thats probably why he doesnt have a tracking system, he is hoping you forget who you submitted. He is running a scam, took me awhile to catch on but i figured it out. So be aware that if you work for monte world wide staffing you not only will not make any money , you will waste alot of time.

FROM THE LOOKS OF IT HE RIPS OFF RECRUTIERS BY PLACING US :JOB LOOKERS" THEN BREAKING THE CONTRACT CAUSE US TO BE OUT OF MONEY AND A JOB AND RECRUTIERS BREACHED CONTRACTS WHILE HE GAINS MONEY IGNORE THIS FOOL AND LEAVE HIM TO HIS SILLY GAMES.
