After a lengthy investigation, Pollard's Arizona real estate license was REVOKED by the State of Arizona for his criminal activity. The report further stated that Mr. Pollard lacked the requisite honesty and truthfulness required by the State to hold a real estate license.
Mr. Pollard appealed this decision all the way to the Arizona Court of Appeals, where again, Monte Pollard LOST.
I know of NOBODY who has been convicted 7 times for domestic violence except Monte D. Pollard.
