I can totally understand where Jessie is coming from. Purchased a necklace with personalized names of my kids for my wife off of groupon. I paid griupon $35 and went to personalize the names off the website as I was instructed to by groupon. The site charged me $100 for an additional necklace and I have tried multiple times by emailing and calling there toll free number only to receive no return response to requesting a refund. I did call groupon and notify them of this company and what seems to be an overwhelming amount of dissatisfied customers. Scamguard.com confirmed exactly what kind of company is being run here. I received my refund from groupon and had to contact my bank to place a fraud claim and recoup my $100. DO NOT USE Monogramhub.com

My husband ordered a sterling silver necklace from monogram hub.com for my birthday only to receive a brass silver tone necklace. The order took a month to arrive and when we opened it we saw the necklace wasn't real sterling and even had it tested. The invoice even stated it was brass silver tone, which I can't wear anyway due to reactions I have. We contacted Monogram Hub to tell them they sent the wrong item and we wanted the sterling silver one, which my husband paid an extra$35 for and they replied with "we sent you the right item". That is all we have heard from them despite several attempts to contact them by email and phone. They only have a message line and they do not return calls. After doing research I have found that they aren't accredited with BBB even though they claim to be on their website and the reviews are horrible. They are robbing people and nobody is doing a anything about it, even the BBB. I would love to have the necklace my husband ordered and paid for but at this point I just want our money back and them shut down so they can't continue to get away with this. It is theft.

Ordered 5 necklaces from Groupon which means 5 vouchers and I can't even get 1 redeemed. When I added to my cart and clicked to apply voucher I got error messages. I eventually logged out and back in but now when I go to check out it ask me to log in again but freezes up when I try. I've tried multiple devices and browsers. I had a lot to do today and now I have wasted 2 hours and got a headache.
