the salespersons are totally liars and no after sales care at all, promises are nonsense to them after they got money. please be aware of MONDEV. don't buy!!
1) the most disgusting: **they sold one parking twice to lure me in!**
2) they delivered upside down wrong bathroom to me and forced me to sign! **one can not sit in the bathtub without draining up the hot water or having a huge faucet poking to your neck, the faucet and shower head supposed to be on the same side of draining switch, but they not only have it delivered like this but also refused to fix it!!**
3) **3' wide by 8' deep closet due to their design flaw,** again they refused to fix it!!
4) the material are cheap, so is their work!
please do hire your own inspector before close it! don't use their notaire! just...don't trust anything with mondev!
the abritat warrantie won't help you, infinity waiting!
their condo not cheap, wait to see your final product, go for a more respectful constructor, please!!!
I paid more than full asking price, so help me to understand what is their problem?

The parking space sold by Mondev: is 1 foot less wide and 3 feet shorter than city of montreal's minimum parking dimension, so I spend more than doubled price for that tiny hole but have to park on the street, so does everyone else who bought their parking.
To save everyone's time: the bylaw of minimum parking dimension: 2.5mx5.5m, which is already smaller than average size in north america, but MONDEV's parking size even smaller than this and shamelessly sold it multiple times to feed their hideous greed!

Abritat warranties received a fax from Mondev saying they have come and fixed my private area problem! Nonsense, I have never seen them to come or contacted me!!! I don't know why they lied about this?? Forced habit?!
Don't count on warranties then, you see!! Warranties are for decent constructors, Mondev is not, absolutely not one of them!
Don't understand why Mondev is still in construction business! Hope not long, for the sake of the public! Can the authorities do any auditing on Mondev.ca??!

please read this article and spread to mondev customers. my condo sold as 780 sq, got it only at around 680 sq.
warn everyone that they shall claim $15,000 for 14% lost on their condo sqft.
which is happening tooooo often with mondev.
