On December 2,2014, I had a scheduled appointment with Dr.Patel to get crowns for upper left and right K-9 And 1 tooth at the bottom left that also needed to be removed. I expressed how important the two front teeth were to me by stating " I smile a lot". She said don't worry we are gonna have you all fixed up. When she got to the left side her assistant took over to do impressions and place temporary crown on. She seem to be having problems with this particular tooth. I asked for the Dr to take a look at the temporary crown that she because I was not satisfied. Expressing again I smile a lot. When Dr Patel took a look at her work she immediately fix it where I couldn't tell it was a Temp. Dr Patel call me the next following day to check on my condition. On December 30, 2014 I had to schedule an appointment for the permanent crowns. I feel that Dr. Patel knew that tooth number 10 was next to the teeth that was work on by her assistant.
On January 19,2015 while eating breakfast tooth 10 split on the left side which is also a crown. I immediately called Monarch dental and explained to them what had happen. That examined the tooth no X-rays where taken. She stated the she would have to either pull it or replace the crown. Then referred me to finance for the cost. The secretary printed out me a bill of 1800 and stated that my portion after the insurance would be 572.00 before they even start working on the problem. I left the office very disappointed and the staff did not seem to care.
