I lost $59 paying for a Template that never got delivered to me.
I asked for a refund and they would deliberately refuse it, saying that I didn't read their company policy. Where the hell was the company policy on the purchase link?
Not only that, the link actually never appeared. I was directed to a 404 missing link, so I never even got the product. I'm not asking for a refund because I don't like the product, I never got the product! I'm asking for my money back!
I cannot stress enough how deeply disappointed I was with my entire experience with MOJO. From the hard "soft" sell, to the useless personal instruction, to the lack of communication and missed deadlines. If I had a mountaintop I'd scream from it--STAY AWAY. Two months and close to ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS later, I'm no closer to having my site up than when I started.

Mojo Marketplace, a once reliable provider of script installs and other things, now refuses to allow installation into any directory that does not have the "www" subdomain, or any other subdomain other than "www".
In addition, they will only allow contact with them if you have something of their's installed.
Mojo Marketplace, a roadblock to sharing with the web.
