Carl has a long reputation of falsifying documents (like his official NY State Real Estate Salesperson application where he did NOT list that he was a convicted FELON), beating up his female companion, impersonating a police officer, venting his anti-police and law enforcement officer hatred on Facebook, Twitter, local Facebook pages of Rochester and Buffalo news organizations etc.

From the Palm Beach County Sun Sentinel from April 21, 2007:
WEST PALM BEACH
Man faces charge of impersonating officer
Police on Tuesday arrested a man who claimed to be a fellow officer, after receiving complaints of someone walking through the San Michele complex taking note of cars with expired tags.
An officer thought the man, Carl J. Lore, 23, was a legitimate Palm Beach County reserve sheriff's deputy, who lived in the complex, in the 8900 block of Okeechobee Boulevard. The officer had seen Lore wearing a Sheriff's Office uniform with patches, a badge and firearm.
Police charged him with impersonating an officer. He was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bond.
Below is the report from the State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement - Criminal History Information Database.
According to this report, the Impersonating a Police Officer charge and his subsequent Parole Violation conviction are classified as Felonies. According to this report, he spent 41 days in the Palm Beach County, Florida County jail and was released 19 days early.
I strongly encourage you to simply Google the words - Carl Lore Police Facebook - to see his postings and comment on public websites including Copblock.Org (an anti-police website), YouTube and the WHAM Channel 13 Facebook comments section of their Facebook page. After several people called him out for his behavior he has been rapidly deleting his online comments on Facebook and on his Twitter feed. A Tweet from early in 2014 compared police officers to Nazi SS officers in a deplorable meme graphic.
