I purchase a watch from MobStub.com that was advertise regularly $120.00 for $21.00, something like 81% discount. After I recieved the watch I notice the Hour Second and date hand would not move, At this point I was no longer interested in keeping the watch.
I contacted MobStub.com via e-mail, I recieved a e-mail from Lilly who instructed me to take pictuces and e-mail them to her which I did, I did not hear from MobStub for about a day so I e-mail Lilly back requesting a refund again, at this point i was told that it was a final sale there would not be a refund unless the watch was damage (now I understand why Lilly had me to send pictures) I e-mail back to Lilly asking where on the advertement page did it say "Final Sale".
In my last correspondence e-mail with Liily I ask how come MobStub does not have the words Final Sale visiabe so the customer can make the choice if he or she want to make the purchase, In Lilly last e-mail I was told that information was in Terms and conditions or FAQ. As of this writing I have not recieved any rely, understand it's not about the money but the principal fact that this company is taking customers money and if you for whatever reason want to return the item(s) you can't because you unknowingly was unware of nonexisting of hidden policys

I ordered a set of Beats by Dr. Dre Monster In-Ear Headphones on 12/2/14. My account was charged $46.95.
I received confirmation of shipment with a USPS tracking number on 12/06/2014.
I checked the tracking number supplied on 12/10/14. Said it had not been shipped. Label created, but not shipped.
I checked the tracking number again on 12/11/14. Still not shipped.
I checked their website for a phone number and saw that my item was SOLD OUT.
I emailed and asked if they sold out before filling my order and can I get a refund.
They did email me and said it will be filled.
I have emailed and checked my tracking number every day including today 12/19/14. It has not been filled or shipped and it is still sold out.
I had to purchase them item elsewhere as it is a Christmas gift.
Although I ordered on the StubHub website, my confirmation/receipt/tracking number came from Stay Trendy.
