Purchased Mobile Money Code program on April 5, 2014. Went on it first time to look thru the tabs etc. Few days later the LOGIN button to the MMC Software disappeared, i.e. I could not access my account to build those famous Mobile websites. Training videos started to say that I am not at the right level to watch it when just a day ago I watched them! Some Bonus Softwares were not downloading or sending a virus. Then page for SUPPORT button became inactive. And every day one or more links were 'dying'.
I contacted support center on a daily basis. Received responses in 7 to 10 days completely irrelevant to my requests. And now I still receive stupid general COPY-PASTE answers addressed I don't know to who!
I requested a refund & I was informed by ClickSure that the Seller has declined the refund.
So, I started talking to this so-called Support Team more direct & saying that I demand a refund. But they continue to play & send me stupid COPY-PASTE answers without any sense, offering me stupid upgrades & training videos. Videos for what??? If I have no access to the Software!
Last e-mail I sent today I informed them that I'm filing an official complaint & that I strongly suggest them to stop their games & proceed with the refund.
Total gomic game! I don't know how can they dare to SCR** simple & really NOT wealthy ppl like me.
Deserve spending time in a smaller place....and for very long time for this.
P.S. The best part is that I had bunch of ppl appearing under my profile!!! With their personal e-mail addresses!
