Company advertise monitoring software for iphone and android phones. how ever i paid and downloaded the software i found out that the files are not compatible with android and once i use their provided links to convert the software to apk whi is android format,i find the software is bougus and not usable.
i call their support phone number but only got voice mail which theyu never responded to. also email them with no response,i decided to google the company name to find out alot of people have been victims of the same company. i contacted skrill since they process the payment to file a complaint with them and after that my credit card company to start a charge back.
After purchase, the system did not download. All instructions were read and followed and yet it did not work. I requested a refund and they claimed they had done it but yet it did not. They responded to my complaints very rudely saying i was the scammer. I have all these emails on hand. I had to put in a claim to the credit card company and hope they can get me the refund.
