On the app rage of bahamut I have spent 315$ us on in app item that I could not use as intended from November 8th to the 10th
The game had issues that restricted the amount of points gained when I used said items...also causing my rank in game to be lower than it should have been
I had a total of 400 items I used within the dates listed above..i emailed them an got no response ...i asked for either a refund or the items to be sent back to my account
I feel like that would be the right thing to do since it was a error on their part. .
Instead of sending back my items they sent all players only 3 of them items
