I went to work an received a text asking about my last 3 purchases. One was the cable bill, one was a tee shirt, and the other was SLIMDOWN for $49.99. I don't even know what it is, let alone researched and ordered it. Luckily my bank called me. No one has access to my account or card. Full on bank rape.
This company charged us for a product we never heard of. We did not order it. First phone call to them and they said that the charge would be refunded and gave a REFUND CONFORMATION number. Waited ten days and no refund. Called again and they said that they received an error when trying to refund to our account. Said he tried again and still got an error. Supposedly getting manager to fix and will send a conformation email to me to let me know it was complete. I asked him for email associated with the account. What a joke! He rattled off some "biseubing.." email at msn. Not our email... Had person on phone at same time we were talking with customer support online. They gave same "error" supposedly happened and said to contact bank to dispute charges. In the meantime; received email from support that said their billing department was having problems with the billing processor and they have no idea when it will be fixed. Can you imagine such BS?? Obviously disputing charges with our financial institution.
