I see that others have the same pieces of art work [same name, one of a kind pieces that i do]. If I ever got my hands on that Nigel Goddard, I would kick him so hard in the butt he would be wearing it for a hat.
There was even a promise of selling these pieces for big money at the cannes film festival in 2010. I hope I spelled that right. I'm still waiting for that.
Is anybody going to sue this outfit? Put my name on the list if you are.
Over the course of several years, I have purchased artwork from two individuals representing Galerie Jen-Art and MMA Fine Arts International of Montreal, Quebac Canada.
The purchase of the artwaork was always made at a fraction of the estimated value of the artwork. Reasons were given as to why this was a great investment opportunity. Credit card transactions were used to make payment for the artwork, often over several installment payments over several months.
Deadlines to sell the artwork for me were never met, and excuses were made for the delays in transactions. At this point, I am doubtful of the authenticity of these organizations. I am told by Neil Schwartz that he is in the process of creating his own company called Newport Brushstrokes Fine Art, Inc. (1-888-383-4858). Neil Schwartz's current contact phone number is 1-888-265-2120.
Approximately 6 weeks ago, I told Neil Schwartz that I was not purchasing any mor artwork until I could recoup my investment total thus far. He promised to call me in 2 weeks, but I suspect I will never hear from him ever again.
I too, have been subject to their scams. As it turns out, the pieces I had purchased, from Luis Sottil, were sold to me as "original mixed media on canvass". After writing to the real Luis Sottil company, I was told by them they have no sellers in Canada for his original work, and the originals will have a serial number on the back of the art, which mine does not have. They also warned about companies in Canada selling giclees as original for more than they are worth, but they are not the true item. Neil Schwartz was also, at one time, along with a list of 8-9 other brokers with Jen-Art. He was just as ineffective as the rest. Promises were always made to sell the art we upgraded to but they have never delivered.

Ripoff
Neal Schwartz is a lieing dog that should not be trusted. Do not let him have any of your money.
