We ordered 1 year of promotions for an artist we are pushing. The question box asked, "what are you promoting?", so as the artist manager I typed "my artist album is coming up soon, and we have a few videos we need promoted to assist with raising awareness". I assumed I was only communicating that message to Jay, and would hear back from him [since the promotions were due to last for an entire year]; instead that was the [incomplete] message that he begin to promote. We then messaged @therealjayblue on twitter telling him there was a misunderstanding, and also included the actual message w/links that we needed promoted.. no response.
We emailed [email protected] notifying them of the same message sent via Twitter, but there was no immediate response. Seven days later, still without response, we emailed com">[email protected] requesting that the order be cancelled, and then proceeded to file a dispute with the bank to have the full balance of $50.99 refunded. The money was refunded 4 days later by the bank, and later that evening [day of the refund] a response email came from [email protected] saying "Fuck You!" Jay is obviously severely ignorant when it comes to running a business and having outstanding customer service. He provides computerized services, and is only interested in making a quick buck. Save your money please, or spend it with a business who appreciate their customers.
