Mitchell 1 Teamworks or On Demand 5 Mitchell1 Sold Us Service which included a plug-in for Quickbooks in January,2014 so we could integrate our accounting system. We have been a customer of Mitchell1 for the last 25 years and have been very happy with the product so we had no hesitation in switching to the improved program (or so we thought!)
Quickbooks integration was a key component of our decision-we thought it would reduce our work. We were with a different accounting package but we thought that in the end our system would be much better. We tried to Integrate at three different times after getting all our date set up and doing all the month end numbers.All three times after a lot of time and money investment Mitchell was unable to get the system to integrate.
Finally after the third attempt their integrator expert said that it was not possible in Canada. After numerous phone calls they refunded us the $80.00 that they had charged us-now we have a different accounting package (numerous hours invested in this )and the system keeps having so many problems.
Since January every day we have different problems-one day the printers do not work next day we cannot see the data or even though we have the multiuser program only one computer will work ,etc... The printers also quit working whenever they want. Apparently crystal reports also has a problem with this system. When we phone support they just tell us that it is either a network problem or a security issue. We have had numerous computer consultants in to try and fix the problem and they are all telling us that Mitchell program is at fault . When we call them they are not willing to do anything about it .
We are extremely dissatisfied with the product to the point that we will be switching to a different program. Do not switch to the new program-too many problems!! Toronto Ontario
