At least 14 people filed complaints against Missouri Wind in the Fraud Department. Mr. Horton is the attorney for Missouri Wind. Contacting the state agencies to get around the unethical activity has been useless. The polititians would rather let the private sector suffer as long as the people don't know.
A group of people are bucking the system from other avenues now.
