MiNeeds is a sham! A few days ago I signed up for their standard package. All I got for my money is ripped-off!!! My company isn't even in their listings!! I have sent numerous emails to their so-called "customer service" but have not received a single response. I did some research to find their telephone number. Every number I called was out of service! Stay away from this company! They took my money and ran!!!
I signed up for the service and gave them my credit card information. They took money from my credit card and have not give me an authorization code to begin using the service. I tried to contact them by email 6 times. They have never answered an email. One month later they took another fee. Still no authorization code and no return of money.
I have sent them a certified letter asking for my money back. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding the company. The BBB has attempted to receive business data on the company, but the company has never replied. They have until August 5 to reply to my complaint. There have been 18 complaints registered with the BBB regarding MiNeeds
I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment immediately.
I have called every telephone number that I can find that is attached to the company. The phones are permanently busy, do not accept incoming calls, are temporarily suspended or do not exist, At every turn there is no contact from these people.
Mineeds phone number listed on my credit card billing when called reports as a non working number. Mail sent to physical address in Seattle and New York returns as not deliverable. MiNeeds emails are never responded to Mineeds continues to bill my CC $99.00 per month.
