We used Miler Properties to rent out our house in Summerville, SC. Let me tell you what a nightmare it was dealing with these people. We paid them to be landlord’s and they were so unprofessional. They never returned my phone calls or my tenant’s calls. We had the renter’s call us direct because they never responded to small minor repairs. Please dont make the same mistake of hiring them. You'll see they have a bad reputation on google.
We lost out on a lot of time and effort when moving to Key West trying to manage out house. We had to fly back 2 times to trying to deal with them. We had to deal with them for a whole year. We lost out on 3000.00 we estimated. Call CarolinaOne.
No communication, could not get Adrian Miler to come inspect a house upon move out, but, was asked to deliver a key so property could be shown a month before lease ended! Phone calls and emails were not returned, no information on neighborhood before we moved in, we were given incorrect information on who provided utilities to the property, requiring a great deal of work on our part. I had three weeks to relocate, and was very happy to pay double rent to move out of a Miler managed home
