Warning: don't be a victim. I left my Expedition over night at Mike's so my insurance adjuster could work up an estimate. My damage, though fairly minor, was declared a "total job," meaning I would just get a payout. I own the vehicle and said I wanted to keep it, and I was told by my adjuster the next day to go ahead and pick it up so I could get an estimate elsewhere. Then I discover parts were missing, including the rear interior power window switches and molding, including frlom the side unaffected by my accident, leaving holes and loose wires where my kids sit. Who knows what else they removed. When I went back to ask for them to put the switches back in the workers were acting sketchy and the manager finally came out and mocked me and said I brought the Expedition in that way. Then he started belittling me. This company has liars and a thieves working on location, and a management that is more interested in covering up than making things right. I work for an organization that rescues kids from human trafficking, and know what sketchy looks like. Be careful.
