I was injured at work back in April, I was sent to a hole in the wall clinic in Fenton where I was told the owner(Scott Hoover) wanted my unjust taken care of for as cheap as possible. Dr told me I had a hernia and gave me Motrin and sent me on my way. I argued with the office staff that hernias do not heal, they said yes it will. For 4 months I was in horrible pain I missed 2-3 days of work a week.
After complainnig for months about being in pain im finally sent back to the dr who now says I will need surgery, I tell Scott about it and immediatly they file the paper work for comp and tell comp that they diddnt know I was still in pain and they thought it fixed its self. I had been telling them for the whole time that I was in pain. And it was apparent in the amount of work I was missing.
comp gets involved and starts sending me to drs. Their conclusion It was a groin tear that wasn't healing because I was never put off work to rest. So comp takes me off for 9 days and pays me a total of $31.00 I go to get my check from my employer and it is 30.00 so now I've been missing 2-3 days of work a week because of the pain and all the dr visits. And I get a whopping $61.00 all together from workers comp and Scott Hoover.
a month after all. This I start bashing them all on facebook, I miss a day because I'm in pain go into work and told they no longer want me there. thats all I have to say on the matter this is just a warning to all future employees or customers of them, they don't care about you or your family that is now on the verge of being homeless because he screwed you over. I was a faithful employee and helped make him a lot of money and he can't even pay me what I'm owed after missing work from an injury that occurred on his impact property!
