We had watched an infromercial about midatlantic waterproofing.We arranged for the salesman to come and tell us about the service they provide.We went ahead with having the work done.The 1st crew came in august,2024.We were not happy with the job they did.They left a mess(we were told they were supposed to clean up after themselves).They took our good extenstentioncord and left us a faulty cord.They made a mess of a door we had left down in the basement.They took off the plastic we had on it in order to use our radio&never covered it back up.We called to complain to the company,they ended up sending two additional crews to fix (try to)the work that was not done according to what we paid(alot of money)for.We finally had someone higher up on the ladder come to see what we were complining about.He agreed that some of the work was not done as it should have been,but only offered a small amount back.He also said he would send out another crew to finish the job.It should have been done right the very first time.We sholdnt have had to keep calling the company and getting the run around.Very ,very,bad job for the money we paid out.
