On April 19, 2004 I checked my bank statement. I saw a charge from Microsoft XBox Live for $54.11. I called them and told them someone stole my debit card number and used it. I called them twice. They told me they no longer had the card number. Whoever used it removed it from theiraccount. But they still took $54.11 from my account. They asked for my email address as though that would help them. Instead they took my email address to use it as though I am their customer. I am not their customer. They stole $54.11 from me because they were informed my card was not authorized by me to be used.
