The purses can't even sit properly on a flat table because the whole item was glued and sewn together with unmatched pieces. There are dirt marks that can't be removed and uneven stitching, stitching using the wrong colors (black on white).
They guarantee full refund if manufacturor's defect. Well, the 3 purses I received were beyond defective. It was like they got kids to glue it together. They promised to refund my whole purchase price plus half return shipping cost. They owe me money.
