Purchased a purse from them, received wrong color and is not what product claimed to be. Wanted to exchange, asked to send them pictures, etc....complete run around. We wanted to at the very least exchange for right color but they say to much time and money wasted. Will not do it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. When I called my credit card company to dispute charges and they told me they know of this company and that we were lucky to get anything.
