Order on line from Michael Kors Outlet.us.com.. Paid 120.00 on 4/20 with my debit card for a backpack 2 bracelets.. Was suppose to receive a email confirmation never did.. They immediately took my 120.00 from my account.. never received the merchandis. They made it seem a secure site and trusting site. Obviously, I got scam and how can I go after this business and retrieve my money..
I ordered a "Value Spree" set that included a purse, wallet and bracelet. All said to be true authentic Michael Kors merchandise. They even post on the bottom of their site that it is powered by Michael Kors. As soon as I signed up and paid for my items I received a welcome e-mail and an e-mail saying the transaction went thru and that my items have already been shipped. This was Dec 26th, and to watch for an e-mail with a tracking number. I waited for 3 days and never received the tracking number. Finally after sending several e-mails to this company they responded with "Once we get the tracking number from the carrier we will e-mail you back. This may take days. If you do not hear back from us in several days, e-mail us back." I immediately felt uncomfortable with this but there was nothing I could do, the ONLY way to contact this company is e-mail. However they did say if I log into my new account that I created with them I can see when they shipped it. I did this and there it said it was shipped Dec 26th. Then I noticed someone else's name under my name. It let me open it up, and when I did I was shocked. There was someone else's personal information. I had this person's name address and how they were going to pay for their stuff. It said their transaction was "pending" and that mine had gone thru. It was over $1200 worth of items they had pending. I immediatley e-mailed the company about this issue. Again it took days for them to respond(in the mean time I never received my tracking number). They claimed they are updating their site and that it may be a glitch. I asked about my security of my information and why is someone else's order under my account?. They had no explanation and still would not give me a tracking number. Day 9 and finally a tracking number. They said it will take 6-15 days for it to come, I still check it on USPS.com and it states it is still in China. It has been 11 days since it was "shipped" and still shows in China. I doubt I am getting it in their time frame, or at all. I can already tell if and when I open it I will have a whole new set of issues. DO NOT order from this company. It is obviously not real stuff and your personal information will be not protected, even though they have a Privacy Policy and promise right on their main page assuring your protection.
I purchased about 300CAD for MK bags from http://www.michaelkorsfactory2014.com/. Right after I received them, I found they were fake and immediately sent them an email for a full refund. They first told me that return shipping fee is gonna be 150-160 dollars. Then I replied them that it was ok and I still wanted a refund. Then they told me it was inconvenient to return the items and asked me to sell them on my own. Then I was absolutely sure that this was a fraud. Then I kept insisting that I wanted a full refund and then they said they would like to send me a new purse. And now they stopped replying me. And I realized how unthoughtful i was by that time and it was a very expensive lesson for me and I would like to alert people who go to this website to not buy anything from this website because everything is fake and is made from China.
