Mr. Michael Brooks misrepresented his company, Sky's The Limit. He presented himself as a contractor for high end homes and high end services. He has an expired license and insurance bond under the California Contractor's License. He was unprofessional, cancelled meeting, spoke to me using a very loud tone while cursing to point I was scared for myself and my two kids who were coming back from school. He retained possession of my house key and materials needed to finish the work. The work provided was unsatisfactory, poor workmanship. Mr. Michael Brooks was given a check for $15,000. He refused to refund my money and asked to pay an additional $1500 for his employee. Mr. Michael Brooks remains elusive and no resolution has been met for the contract at work he promised.
