Michael A. Rabel & Associates agreed to cut my mortgage payment in half for a fee of $4,200.00. After all was said and done my mortgage was not cut in half. When i attempted to discuss this matter with his representative, Alaina and Michael Rabel himself he refuse to discuss it with me. Yet he took my money and did not provide the the service. I informed the intake attorney, Mike Jacob at the time that i was retiring and needed the payment cut in half to which he assured me the monthly mortgage payment would be cut in half. Because Rabel & Associates did not keep their word i am in a position to lose my home, while he hides behind a no rite to sue letter.
