We hired Robert Blackburn owner of Miami vally Construction and flooring, they toreup our house and left it as is and told us we would have to find someone else to finish it. we paid them over $7,500.00 for the job they never finished it.
this cause several issues with my wife and i as now we are looking for someone to come in and finish the work that Miami vally was paid to do. Also Miami Vally put a lien on our property.
