Every single time I had to deal with them I have to scream after talking with them, the experiences are so frustrating. At the office they are so rude and unorganized, but they don't miss charging you extra for every single thing. One of the last and bigger issues that I had to deal with them was because my AC was not working and I have 2 little kids this was on a Sunday, so I called the emergency number considering that we were going to at 90 degrees and with my little kids it had to be fix, well.... The answer I got from them that, that was not an emergency because the temperature was showing 75 degrees at the moment even when humidity was at 85, and I had to pay 50.oo if I wanted them to came and take at look at it I explained to the lady that I hhave kids and is bad to keep kids like that and was ridiculous that I had to pay when they came about 3 weeks before to fixed it of course 4 days after I report the issue, but the point was that they did not do it right because it wasn't working again. So the answer was the best they could do is avoid the fee not until the weather was above the 85 degrees and I have to call again to resubmit my problem. Can't believe there is no common since in this people.
