The simple facts are I financed a Mobile Home from this company 2 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but headaches since then.. Since then i have been lied to by the park managers who are also employees of MH Acceptance even though when you ask MH Acceptance they wil say they have nothuing to do with the park. (laughable)
The first of many problems was matching of my $1000.00 down payment to reduce the cost of my home. This was a lie.
Second problem they assured me that everything would be fixed before i moved in then refused to fix anything that was wrong. Electrical problems, etc. I did the repairs myself.
Third i asked for a balance sheet on the mobile home and was told very clearly by Terry a manger they do not provide Receipts of any kind and i should keep track of it myself.
Fourth problem you can not claim the intrest on your taxes because it is not a mortgage.Even though you have been told several time by MH Acceptance employees it is a mortgage loan and also it does report to the credit bureau as a mortgage,

I called MH to ask for a loan to do the repairs and she informed me that only the park manager can approve the repairs and that i am not allowed to call my own roofing company to repair the problem, What is this about??
Hello , Dream's To Be A Home Owner Were Shattered & Tattered Abruptly By These Fast Talking , Sly Tongued , Personnel , We Had Requested Our Document's On Many Occasion's To Be Told They Did Not Have To Share Information , Tho , It Is Our Information , I Wish , I Had Internet At Time Of This Mobile Home Purchase , Id Ran Quick Fast & In Hurry From Purchase & Ever Dealing With This Company , We Found Repair's Not Being Made Nor Met During Warranty , We Found , Them Putting Our Initials & Signatures On Paper's We Had Never Seen To Change Sale Term's To Their Liking, Calling A Mortgage Finance Home ,Change it To Rental Agreement Purchase RTO Cheating Many Out Their Homes By Not Knowing Their Right's Or Cannot Afford Lawyer To Defend Them @ 195$ per Hour.We Found Them Using Fraud , On Paper's We Never Seen ,Changing Dates Meanwhile Withholding Your Original File From You Then Giving You A File That They Doctered Up Taking Your Signature & Initials & Placing It On Form's They Wanted It On .Tho It Is NOT What You Had Signed At Original Sale Agreement To Make Court's Believe You Are Renting NOT Buying A Home, By Law It Should Be At A Foreclosure Auction , This Way , They Cheat You Out Dwelling Calling You A Renter (THO YOU KNOW YOU ARE A HOME BUYER ) So Dwelling Stay's On Lot To Be Re Sold /Rented Never Owned By You , But They Keep It, & Do This Over & Over Again .. CHEATING & SCAMMING SOCIETY & LESS FORTUNATE , OUT OF THEIR LIFETIME DREAM
