This is for all the People NOT looking for a place to get Vital Records. I spoke with Consuelo Lopez Aguilar about getting a Birth Certificate for my Fiance. He told me he could and even looked up her records and gave a Birth Certificate number too confirm he had the Certificate. He said he would text her right back, he never did. We paid 139 dollars so we could have it by tuesday. He guarnteed it would be here. I called back after we sent the money and he guarnteed it would be there. We called the next day for a confirmantion number no answer. After multiple times a day for 5 days we stopped. We even had other people from other cities call NO ANSWER.
Don't even check this site out or else you will loose your money. I am an american and I do try to help out as many friends and employees as I can so don't use this site. Use the Mexican Embassy or ask a friend in Mexico to help get your Records.

My husband is a disabled, elderly Veteran who is dying and is on Hospice. He is 71 and there was a surgical error at the VA hospital. My sister Veronica speaks Spanish and has a computer so I asked her to help me.
Within hours I had already mailed the check since after Gerald dies I cannot have his retirement until I give to the VA these records. I have been a housewife all my life. I am 62.
I believe in CA we are protected as elders, however, this business is in TX. My sister Veronica then called me to tell me that he is a scammer and has numerous complaints unresolved by the BBB. He did exactly to others what he has done to me.
