Found a 2003 Corvette z06 advertised online. Contacted metroplex motorsports and set up a time to view the car. Test drove it and decided i wanted to buy it. Steve Graeve told me it had a clean carfax and would also try to get the traction control re-programmed to turn off ABS light. Next day went to pick up car and ABS light was still on which he discounted the price so i could get repaired myself. I asked about a copy of the carfax which Steve said he couldn't locate but again he claimed was clear and free of accidents. We went next door to Petersons cafe and conducted the sale. I paid cash and everything went smooth. I remember he told me his mom owned the restaurant. Fast forward to 2015 and when i go to trade in car i find out its been in a wreck and was a rental car. This severely impacts the value of the car. Steve flat out lied as the wreck was recorded between 100 and 300 miles on the odometer, or when the car was brand new.
