Metro Construction began reroofing my house in September 2013. It is still not 100% complete.
I had the entire north side of my roof leaked and damaged my dry wall in three rooms of my house.
It still leaks from a whole where they put a nail through the middle of a shingle, pulled out the nail and left the hole.
It still leaks from where nails are showing in the middle of the roof.
There are still damaged shingles from when they installed the roof and partially cut some shingles.
There is still a lump in the roof.
The nail strip is showing on one shingle.
On top of all that I have warranty issues with shingles not sticking down on the edge where the tar strip is.
My roof has already been repaired once about four months after the roof was supposedly completed. I have been trying to get the rest of these repairs done for a little over a year now with little results.
Metro Construction has sent two different people to inspect the damage. The second guy "Wayne" did not even go on the roof. He complained about his legs hurting and told me the roof would be repaired the following week. That was about seven weeks ago and I have not heard from Metro Construction since Wayne came by and did nothing but lie to me.
Metro Construction did my roof about a year ago. I was happy at first but then it started to leak. They repaired the leak 5 weeks after I reported it.
A week later I went on my roof and saw nails showing in the middle of the roof, a nail hole through a shingle that leaks, and I have product failures. I called them again about 3 months ago to fix this problem. They took some pictures of the problem and keep promising to fix the roof but have not yet done so.
Very poor customer service, Installation and follow up repairs. Do Not Use Metro Construction You Will Regret It.
