The call they make is a “bait and switch” type of call that lures the consumer into the Gym only to find out when they arrive to claim their “Free Membership” that they were told they won over the phone is NOT at all what the Sales Rep. is trying to pitch them on. To make things even worse the Owner Steve Millenbach deliberately ignores the National Do Not Call Laws and has his staff contact consumers that are registered without regard. This is highly illegal and can result in civil penalties/fines if you have received an unwanted call from Metro Athletic Club in the past or in the future I recommend you call the Indiana Attorney General immediately to report the unwanted call at 1-888-834-9969. Note, the former Owner of Pro Fitness now Metro Athletic Club has had problems in the past with Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller I wouldn’t think the new Owner Steve Millenbach would want to violate any consumer’s rights.
