I called and got the shipments stopped - I was however charged $89 for the first bottle because it is a 14 day trial only and is auto setup for additional shipments. call 877-734-1286. The TEN Fulfillment center is not who your bought it from they just handle shipments and billings. LindaB
I too signed up for the free 30 day trial and ordered a free trial for $3.95. The trial ended 10 days in and I was charged $90 for it. I never opened the bottle! So I called their customer service who was very RUDE and finally they told me I could get a refund minus $14.95 once they received the bottle and it's haven't been open. I'm sending back today let's see what happen..
All I can say is at this point is i feel as though this is a fraud and scam to steal your money!!! SMH

This company needs to be stopped!! Thank goodness for my bank (SunTrust) monitoring fraud on my account. They didn't approve it! Then they contacted me to alert me!!

I have now filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. This is ridiculous! Their customer service don't want to help you and you lose $90 on something that is supposed to be "risk-free" and "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed!"
I just want my money back and I doubt I'll see it.

I reviewed my order very carefully to check for auto payment set up but did not see one word about it. I was then debited $170.60 as I had ordered the colon cleanse in addition to the green tea tabs. i have reurned the items but have yet to receive my refund.
They lure you in with a low price then charge your card for an unauthorized higher amount. I called my bank and filed a claim against them. In process.
Biggest scam ever! Three days after I received my bottles they charged me 177$ I called and they said the 14 day trial started the day you placed the order. I received the product 11 days after I ordered it. Don't order from them.
