I am a victim of Dale Demming and Melaleuca. This guy is a joke! He brings you into an office that he misleads you in thinking that he pays to rent the space. He claims this company is "The American Dream." He tells lies and stories of how he works in surgery and is on call and tired of living that life.. The truth, he is an orderly working at a hospital. As these lies are told during his 3 hour presentations, his moronic fiance who works with him nods and smiles and swears to his lies right along with him. He will tell you Melaleuca products are all natural, best in the world.. No need to take precription meds from your doctor. Bold face lie!!! The products are not all natural and he is in no way shape or form qualified to give medical advice to anyone!! So I contacted the Regional Director, big waste of time..not only did I call with complaints so did others in my organization. In the mean time, my nice enroller accused me of being a terrible leader, complainer and when I declined flying to Utah for the Convention aka Melaleuca Pep Rally due to my son having surgery I was told to get my priorities in order and be at Convention. Time went on, I posted a post on facebook that my enroller saw the opportunity to twist my words and report me for trying to direct my customers to another business. Keep in mind, my personal organization was approx 90 customers and two Directors that I receive commissions on. I was notified by Melaleuca my commissions will be held due to investigations. I was sent an affidavit to be signed and notarized stating this claim is false. I complied, sent it back certified. After a week I calked and my certified letter was "lost" in their mailroom. The outcome is what my enrollee set out to do the entire time. Seize the opportunity to take the business from a mother just trying to get ahead in lIfe. Melaleuca, despite mysworn statement, lack of proof that I belong to any other business venture., terminated my business. So Dale inherits my entire business and I am left with nothing! , this company is not honest and will back the person that is a bigger bang for their buck! They claim to be honest and fair. Why in the world would I direct my customers to another business that I have zero ties with and no financial gain? That equates to if I owned a store and customers came in to shop and I told them not topurchase from me, buy from the guy down the street.. Makes no sense right? Conveniently, Melaleuca notified me on June 26 that I lost my business.. They still want me to be a customer, that is not affected. Are you serious??? Why would I want anything to do with this pyramid scheme! So I was told I cannot suspend my membership because it is after the 25thbof the month. How convenient of Melaleuca to notify me on the 26th so they can still debit my account one more time!!! So please, if this guy approaches you please know that if he can scam me, he will scam you!!! Don't fall for this like I did...
