First off let me say that I have before indeed had good psychic experiences . As in I talked to a psychic before who stayed the name of my child's father before I even knew him . I've talked to a psychic or two who's predictions have definitely come to pass . NONE OF THOSE PSYCHICS ARE ON MEETYOURPSYCHIC.COM. I received an email reading from meetyourpsychic.com and paid $40 to one of their "top rated" psychics . Not only was the email reading subpar, as in the psychic could not give any details on .... Anything , she didn't answer the two questions I had paid for . So I contacted customer service . This is where it gets fun . I spoke with John in customer service who informed me that the reading was indeed very vague and that he would be more than happy to resubmit the reading to the previous psychic to redo . Does anyone else find something horribly wrong with this ? If the supposed psychic actually had the power to accurately read my situation I think she would have done so in the first place . I replied to good old John that I wasn't so sure I could trust this psychic anymore , so I did not know how I felt about resubmitting for another readding . John at that point became agitated and started to become rude . Stating that I was trying to get a "free reading " . the customer service agent for a site where people are scammed out of hundreds or thousands of dollars literally has the audacity to be rude to his customers When the service I originally paid for was not provided. After being accused by John of trying to get a free reading I stated that I had spent twice as much as the reading amount on that site and it was not the only unsatisfactory reading I received , but that I was only calling to get my money back for one of the terrible readings ... So if I really wanted something for free wouldn't I be trying to get ALL my money back ?!? At this point after his accusations I told him if he really thought the supposed psychic could do better I would in fact take the redone reading . Once again john became agitated and stated he would not do that and I would be getting a refund and he would have to close down my account . I'm guessing because he knew that this "psychic" wouldnt do any better the second time around .
Called back into into customer service , talked to a Chris I believe who stated John was the manager and was really unhelpful himself . After i explained the problem I had with John , Chris stated there was nothing he could do and that he had to go!
A website that wants you to pay a premium price for services that are not up to snuff , AND has customer service agents who are rude and insulting . Stay away . There are many better sites out there with reputable psychics , and customer service agents who don't try to fight with you or insult you .
