On February 13, 2015 I purchased two (2) Respironics Evergo Lithium Battery Replacement #900-102 for $149.00 each. Through their web site I printed off my receipt which states "Company Name" and under that "Your Slogan". The "CPAP Supply Depot" appears below that. First red flag.
I waited for notice that the items were being shipped. Finally on February 24th I found their phone number, which was not on the invoice I printed. I spoke to a woman and was informed that I had called their store and she did not have access to our order. She also informed me the batteries were in their warehouse and it handled all the online orders.
She told me she would call the warehouse and contact me before they closed for the night. I asked how late they were open and she said 7pm CT. By 6pm I called the same number and it just rang and rang. No answering machine. Another red flag.
On February 25th I called again, different female name but same female voice...red flag. She said that they received a shipment this week but again, only the warehouse had that information. i asked to talk to her manager and she transferred me to Michael, manager of the store. I again asked for the direct line to the warehouse and Michael said their phones have been down and could not get thought to them. Red flag.
I asked what time they closed and he informed me it is 5pm. I explained I was told 7pm. Red flag. Michael said he would contact the warehouse and see what he could do...I thought their phone lines were down? Michael did call me back that same day and said the batteries will ship out the next day. I told Michael that if I do not hear from him, then I want a full refund. He said he will call me on February 26th with the shipping number. I thought things would work out.
Next day no phone call. Red flag. I tried calling two times on my phone and one time on a friends phone with no person or answering machine picking up. Gee, red flag yet again. I called my credit card company to request a refund. They will contact the seller and try to settle things. Good luck on that one.
I went online to check out what was being said about the company. A real eye opener. Next I looked at the comments about this same selller On eBay. Those comments were worse. So, one of the reasons I am writing these comments is because when I went to the RiP Off Report site I did not see anything noted about this company. I don't want that to happen to the next person.
