On their website, you can pay to USD1 to cancel immediately or send email to cancel (and they stated they'd get back within 12 hours).
I sent email to cancel. However I discovered I'be been charged USD1 for the cancellation. My account still states 'Active'. I've cancelled my credit card to prevent them from charging anymore monies to me.
This company is a scam. Whatever reviews you find online about it are true. I won't rehash the b@"*+s"'*t others have written about but tell you how best to handle it. Hopefully you did not pay the $1 they ask for despite telling you it is a free site. That way there was never any consent to charge your credit card. Even though I did not authorize a single charge there was a $1 charge to my card within minutes of providing my information. IF YOU DID MAKE THE MISTAKE of just signing up like I did, call you credit card company and dispute the charge and CANCEL the card immediately. NEXT, write a review on any and all websites you can find to heed a warning to any potential victims of their pathetic scam.if you want to make it easy on yourself, write your first review and copy it. I recently noted a charge of $34.95 on my debit card to MEDIAOP.NET. I called the company and eventually spoke with a person in some country who could speak some english. The company could not find my name, email address, or credit/debit card on file but refused to make any refund. I notified them that I would speak with the FBI on Monday to press interstate bank fraud. The "supervisor" insisted that I only talk to my bank. That is also a felony of obstruction.

Cancellation-Billing
I cancelled my Membership on 25-08-2014;and it was approved. But now I received my C.C.Statement,and for sure,
I was again billed, 16-10-2014. And it said on the cancellation page,that I would NOT been billed again.
Now that what I call a crooking Syndicate;and otherwise,you don't get through to them.
Now I have to battle that out again with my Bank.
