Off lease laser david stern easy to pay, but don't expect your laser to be as described miami florida

Off lease laser is one of those "businesses" with a nice web site and fairly efficient customer service but when things go wrong, and they will, expect your calls and emails to go unanswered. When they encourage you to pay with a wire transfer for a discount, please do not fall for this tactic, you will , like me, spend the better part of a year slowly and painfully negociating to get a refund. What legitimate company would ship you an old broken laser when you were told it was , of coure, if perfet condition? A company that is on it's last legs, that's who. Dont be fooled, call to the various other vendors of medical lasers and be careful, there are many reputable vendors but off lease laser is not one of them. Again, charge your purchase if you buy anything, you wil never see your money back otherwise and your laser comes in dirty and inoperable, dont say I did not warn you. I am a physician, not a competitor, I am frustated that my refund never came and did negociate in good faith for the better part of 6 months so whatever off lease laser may say ,why ask for problems, go elsewhere.

Off Lease Laser David Stern David stern of off lease laser entered into a contract to repair and upgrade my sciton laser in April. He then told me that it had problems that were too expensive to repair, sold my laser to another customer. He promised me another laser and has yet to get me another laser and will not return my deposit of$18,750 or pay me for my laser. Miami Florida

I sent my sciton laser for repair and upgrade in April, 2014 and have not received it back. Have requested return and refund but was denied.

I contracted with Off-Lease Laser to upgrade my Sciton Profile Laser. Laser was sent in April, 2014 for additional filters for BBL, NdYag head repair and upgrade addition of a SkinTyte head with a 2-4 week turnaround. After 1 month was told "rod" was pitted and that was too expensive to fix so they were going to send me a repossessed unit within 4 weeks that would have all of the options I needed on it. After an additional four weeks was told they did not know when it would be available and offered to send me loaners of other types of lasers. They sent me a Cutera Titan without a cords, said they would send it overnight, two weeks later was not recieved, called again and the wrong cord was sent, did not fit machine. I have asked to have my laser sent back to me in the condition I sent it to them in and asked for a refund of the $18,750 deposit I had sent for repairs and was told that they could not do that. I have contacted my attorney who is drafting a complaint to begin lawsuit proceedings.

Medlaserdepot The Laser Outlet Sells Equipment the don't have. Will not give refund of money or send working product. Internet

Bought Emax Laser from this place back in August. Took forever for them to get it together to ship to me. Upon arrival, they only sent one of the three handpieces that we paid for and one hanpiece holder did not even fit this model. The laser was dirty as well. That handpiece didn't work. Medlaserdepot sent me a different one and that handpiece did not work. We have yet to be able to test the unit to see if it even fires, let alone use it on a patient. We have since discussed a screen issue which we were told did not exist when they sent it. They said they had video. We requested to see the laser video, but now their computer that handles the videos has crashed. Odd. Two months and no hand pieces to use the unit, we don't know if the unit works. They refuse to take the system back, they are still selling this unit with the handpieces to other ebay buyers but refuse to give me my "nearly new" handpieces.
