I ordered some for my birthday of september 2014, when i received the product it was horrible, i actually got horrible allergies and i called to cancel my entire account. I told them the products were horrible and i could not and would not use them. They never refunded me the products even though they were in guarantee. I decided to not pursue it then just because i felt i did use them and my skin was the problem. I called in november to make sure they had me off they billing cycle because i had read hundreds of complaints about them, i told them to make sure my account was cancelled. I called them from south america because i was there for personal reasons. In may 2015 they charged me again $55 and i called furious demanding a refund because i had already cancelled the product in november 2014. They apologized and said they would cancel the account, and refund me my money. They never did this. June 15 they charge me again, this time i am more than furious and i call to complain and demand a refund because they had charged my account with is a debit card i use for small things, when they charged me they left me account at an outstanding balance of $1.26 and i am very worried i will be charged overdraft for the small online payments i make. When i called them again in june today) they had me on hold for 28 minutes, i spoke to two different supervisors, their staff was slow and another guy was plain rude. I was promised to be refunded my $109 dollars for both of the charges that were not authorized by me. This is the email i have sent them:
Horrible your customer service, is horrible because i have called twice to cancel my memebership, subscription everything and i was charged again on may 15, 2015 after calling nov,dec 2014 to say i did not like the products at all. I have not received any type of refund whatsoever
And i keep being charged falsely when i have already cancelled, since nov 2014!!!!! what is it about cancel my account and give me my money back do you people not understand???
I want to be refunded everything, i want you to stop charging my card for a product i do not want nor can i receive it because i am in south america and have been since nov 2014.
I will be contacting a lawyer. I want to be refunded completely. I have spoken to joseph in you customer service call center, he is a supervisor with employer id# 730826.

I am owed a double refund, they have taken away from my day as i was supposed to drive my girls to tennis today but i am so furious i have gotten a migraine and my blood pressure has gone up. I cannot believe this company is still in business they are frauds, their products do not work, but what makes me upset is how they keep charging my account with no mercy after i have called them, written them and cancel my account online. Please please help stop these people!!!!
My complaint is with Meaningful Beauty, an on-line cosmetics company who also has ads on tv. The biggest problem is that the company has over-charged my credit card for products I did not order. They have charged for items never shown or advertised from their on line or tv ads at a rate of over 4 times the original purchase price. I received new items well before my 30 day trial and those items were not what I had purchased originally.
They also falsely advertise products which do not have the ingredients stated in the ads.
I was not told that I had to purchase three boxes of beauty supplies, which of course did not work. It is junk. I thought because Cindy Crawford was involved it would be ok. I was wrong. I received my 1st box and then noticed I was being charged for a second box. I called up and told them to cancel It, they gave me a hard time and said it was already sent out, I was billed for the 1st one on 6/2/14 and billed again on 6/30/14. I was quite upset. They told me I had to pay for one more but they would give it to me for less, but still billed me for $43.94. I had enough of them and just did not want to argue any more. I receved 2 but never received the last one. In November 2014, I received the 3rd one, but was billed again on 11/7/14...........and again on 12/5/2014, by this time I was steaming. I called and cursed them out so bad and told them I was going to sue their "you know what" My blood pressure must have been 200. They returned some of my money. I dont think they wanted to deal with me. They need to be shut down.
This looks like a scam. I ordered the Meaningful Beauty products, and I have to say I like them but they are very expensive, I like the feeling of a smooth skin after applying, I don't know if it makes any difference in reducing wrinkles. The point here is that if you open one of the bottles you will find out that the amount in the bottle is less what the container says. The Antioxidant Day Crème of 1 FL OZ IS NOT 1 FL OZ, please look at the picture and if you open yours you will see the same. I don't trust in the amount of product they are telling you after I open my day cream container. Something must be done here...
Dirty Business First of when you order products from Guthy Renker they don't tell you that comes from 3 different companies. When I had to call to cancel I had to call dozens of different numbers, was ridiculous. Customer service was super rude and unhelpful. The first shipment was not received and I called to cancel the whole thing. They did not cancel and continuously kept charging me. The second packaged arrived and I returned back. The third never came. I called several... SEVERAL times discussing the matter and nothing was done. I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card. After that Guthy Renker mail me collections letter, I keep trying to call to resolve the issue and it's impossible I had to pay for some items I never received so it didn't go to collections, now they are sending me more bills for things I have no idea what it is and I keep trying to call them and nothing is ever resolved, please help!!!
I do not recommend Cindy Crawford Meaningful Beauty products. After seeing on TV for a long time I finally ordered. It did nothing for me, except maybe caused an acne breakout and I'm 29! I had $39.95 deducted from my account 3 times when it was supposed to be once! They refuse to refund any of that. They claim it's because I received a 90 day supply. I say no way. No way that CRAP is worth $120. Didn't see any ingredient that's not in my everyday $10 bottle of moisturizer. Really all the face and ""decollet"" stuff is is sunscreen. This stuff is a bunch of hype. And if you do order and are not satissfied customer service is horrible and you probably won't get a refund!!!
