I went there because my car was smoking. They had my car all day and then myself and another female friend went in to to see what was wrong and the cost. The mechanic said that it was smoking because the power steering fluid was leaking onto the engine. He said it was unsafe to drive because the if the power steering pump went out I would not be able to drive. He also said the front axle on the passenger side was needing repaired. I left and the next morning I took my car back, left it for the day. Paid over $500. Left car still smoking from exhaust. Took back, said it was something else, left car. Picked up paid another $130. Left still smoking. Took back. Then the owner - Mr. Marcus Mcfall, said it was another problem. Wanted more money and then began to get very rude to me. I am African and he said he did not understand me (I have spoken all over the World, including the White House) got very frustrated, rude and started telling me to leave his shop or he would call the Police. He then threw down the money on the counter for the last repairs $130 and went off about how I need to leave. I took my SMOKING CAR that was supposedly repaired the FIRST VISIT and left.
My Executive called to tell him about the FIRST repair attempt and how the power steering bill was a lie and that should be refunded too. He hung up on my assistant after he did not discuss the initial $500 for a repair that WAS NOT causing the SMOKE from the exhaust. She is my Witness, also he admitted he is video taping his customers and so that means he is aware his mechanic lied to us about the Power Steering pump causing the engine to smoke.
