We would certainly like to know why NYC Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo allows NYC Criminals such as Mary Prantil of Astoria New York 11106 to use the NYC court system against itself while committing even more crimes against innocent others, while awaiting her nine criminal court cases over the last four years?
Yes, that's right, I said Mary Prantil has been using the New York Court System against itself for four years plus via utilizing the Public Defenders Office to fight off the very nine criminal charges the state of New York brought against her approximately four years ago.
To add insult and injury to most hard working New Yorkers, or New York Tax Payers, Mary Prantil has launched several frivolous lawsuits towards New York businesses including NYC city hall itself while using both private attorneys and Legal Aid to do it.
Of course, it appears that Prantil was taking some sort of retaliatory action against the city that she so often times proclaims to love simply because, the State of New York had previously charged her with the nine criminal charges we spoke of previously and currently show in the immediate paragraph below.
The charges that are currently pending against Mary Prantil are as follows: Aggravated Harassment 2:communicate/alarm, Aggravated Harassment-2nd: telephone, Stalking 3rd degree, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Harassment-2nd degree:communicate/alarm second party, Aggravated Harassment-2nd:telephone third party, Criminal Contempt-2nd:disobey Court, Aggravated Harassment-2nd Degree, and on and on with the other various criminal counts she's racked up as a result of harassing four or five others there in NYC.

Ok, with all the formalities and citing aside to prove what were saying here I'd like to continue my questioning to the New York Officials in question in why, do they allow a person likened to Mary Prantil to remain free while she scams on-line and land based businesses through Pay Pal in receiving services and products from these businesses and then charging back on them.
Why is a person with a long ten year record in California who was incidentally ran out of the state there as a result of her unlawful activities whom further now lives in Astoria New York, allowed to carry out her same criminal bullshit allowed to remain free to harass folks between her stays in Rikers Island?
Why does the state of New York allow a two bit criminal like Mary Prantil to abuse the law enforcement and legal system without much in the way of legal retribution? Prantil, is clearly a person that needs to be fully prosecuted for the crimes that the state of New York has brought against her without further adieu, agreed?
