This company deceptively began my trial without me receiving the product and refused to provide a refund. I ordered a free 30 day trial for a product on March 10. I read that I would be charged after 14 days of beginning this trial which I believed would begin after I received the product. The product was delivered on Friday, March 28th and was charged full price the following Monday. This makes absolutely no sense. How am I supposed to begin a trial and decide to continue and accept charges after 14 days if they will not even deliver it until after the 14 days have passed? When I called to rectify the situation, they refused to refund my purchase until they received the entire product back. They would not even make an exception when I offered to mail it and provide the tracking number. I find this type of business practice to be shady and lacking in transparency and credibility. I am mailing the product today and would like a full refund immediately... Not when they receive it since I refuse to pay extra for expedited shipping (they certainly did not)! I will be more than happy to follow up with a tracking number later today. Thanks so much for your time and attention to this matter.
Furthermore (and this is just grand), They sent a second supplement and charged my account immediately just 2 days after the discretion written above took place even though I told them not to. I specifically told their customer service agent not to send anything else from their company and not to charge anything else to my account. Obviously, this request was completely ignored.
