I noticed on the ad if you agreed (checked box) to have a rush delivery on Garcinia Cambogia HCAMAX you were screwed something like $89.99 monthly auto on your account. I elected not to do so! I did recieve a bottle of Max Detox in 2 day's even after canceling.
I called 1-800-604-5067 to obtain a RMA# pointed out the bottle had no Exp.date and seen Feb.2013 on the botton of the bottle.I was given that it was the manufacturing date? BS. I explained it is illigal to sell expired pills and I told ""Grace"" (sounded Asian) I was in the Pharmacy field and would call the Board of Medicine on them. I then was given a MRA# told to change the city & zip also to include the MRA or I would not be refunded. I was to recieve an email stating my account would be credited when they got my unopened bottle back.I did retun @ my local Post Office with a tracking #.
I will have my Credit Card co. Take over from here I am giving them copies of the add, my postal slip with the tracking # and trying to alert others this is a SCAM BIG TIME!! :
Stupid me, I ordered, not knowing about the $89 reorders. But then I get the invoice inside and it mentions it, so of course, I GOOGLE it, and I am not alone in falling for this.
2 Charges on credit card each for TRIAL ( I should have known better when they spell TRIAL incorrectly (TRAIL) on their website.
Anyway, I called my credit card company and gave them the heads up. And to NOT LET THEM CHARGE ME again.
I then called the 800 number I found here, and first they couldn't find my order. They were using my Zipcode. Huh? So I said, how about we use the order numbers that I have? Oh, ok, there you go.
Debbie was helping me, I asked for her ID # and she told me it was #5, that was helpful (NOT)
Told her that I opened but did not take any, they smell weird and there was no way I was trusting that they contain anything remotely what they state.
I told her that I see that they say I cannot return them open (which is rediculous for a trial)
Anyway, since I have not been charged anything but the $4.95 x 2 (for the 2 products) that I was just to return them and do not need an RMA #. But, I was going to have to either pay $9.95 per bottle to keep them and cancel or $1.95 per bottle and return them.
I told her there was no reason why I should be charged $1.95 to return something on a trial, and that their website does not mention this at all, and she said it does, but because she is being nice (after I told her I was recording the convo) that she would Wave the $1.95 fee.
I asked her for the return address a few times, which she finally gave me and I am sending it Priority with delivery confirmation. Inside I included copies of their envelopes with their delivery confirmation info showing when I received the packages, and also made copies of the invoices I received, and wrapped each bottle with the invoice and a big CANCEL on them.
So, we shall see. Big scam, big waste of my time. I should know better.
