My Mattress Firm products are bogus and lifetime warranty totally bogus also!!!!One mattress is NOT memory foam,as stated.Wires/cables/springs,and no telling what else is felt inside it---NO MEMORY FOAM!!!!!Other mattress cost $$3,000!!!! and soon one side started sinking,worse by the day.100% LIFETIME WARRANTY ON BOTH!!!!Mattress firm sends out a "bedding inspector"at my expense!!!$25.A string test is done,which does not address my issues at ALL!!!They denied my claim, saying beds not depressed/sunken enough.
Here are the problems with the test:"STRING test" shows the TOP/surface specs.It in no way accounts for or considers the internal problems which are my entire problems!!!This string test in no way addressed my other issue of wrong mattress entirely on mattress #2.

I recently decided I needed a new matress so, I started looking around and fpuns a place called matress firm. It was really nice looking and had way over proved mattresses in the 2000 range definitely couldn't pay that much. I decided to go after one of the matress that had been a floor modle. The sells man said it would be the best matress for me. I preceided to apply for financing. I filled out a paper application that was suppose. To be for Wells Fargo although it didn't have any evidence of Wells Fargo paper work.
I wrote down all my information including the SSN and he started typing on his computer putting all the info in. I sat there and waited with my two year old and six month old for thirty min while he waited to get back the report to see if I got the financing. By this time I was fed up with waiting it shouldn't take that long. He told me his computer was down and he would call me in about 30 to 45 min when it got back online.
So I went about my day and never got a phone call when I tried to call him both the phone number he gave me and the phone number for the store said they were disconected. Which made me nervous. the next day on my way to work I stopped in ans asked about the financing and he said he had forgoten about it. Now let me mention I was the only person in the store and there is never anyone in the parking lot so why would he forget his only customers for that day. I asked him to do it now since his computer was up and he was playing games on it. He did a lot if typing and clicking and then sais I was declined and looked at me and said Wells Fargo is picky and asked me if I wanted to do 90 days same as cash I said no I have to go to work and left this whole experiance feels like he was trying to not sell me a matress abad I'm scared he stole my social security number he has all of my information. also he had no intenrion on selling me a mattress I will not return here.
